Villa Vi would like to invite you to come on board for a food exploration adventure. An adventure that takes you through the world tantalizing your taste buds to exotic and unique cuisines.

Singaporean cuisine is derived from several ethnic groups, influences from Malays/Indonesian, Chinese, Indian, Peranakan, and Western traditions (particularly English & Portuguese-influenced Eurasians known as Kristang). Alexis Nielsen, who is native to Singapore but has been living now many years in Denmark, will be host for this evening.

Alexis will share the culture, ingredients, hands-on technique, and of course the flavors of a beautiful dinner!

Drinks may be purchased during the evening. This particular event is not suited to small children.
